Hi my name is Bret Spottke, the owner of Spot Inspection Services.
I’m an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspection service provider for the greater Minneapolis and St Paul Metro area.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across multiple facets of construction and architecture — from commercial retail project management and hospital facility design to theatrical stage rigging and the creation of complex aquatic features including swimming pools and water features.
And just for fun, I also remodeled two of my previous homes from top to bottom.
On a more personal note, I’m a father of two great kids, husband to my high school sweetheart… hockey player, drummer, paddle boarder, aspiring golfer and Guinness world record holder (for real, ask me about it when we meet).
